What is the building capacity?

Our venue comfortably seats up to 475 guests with rectangular tables, including the wedding party. We can comfortably hold 350 guests in round tables.

We recommend selecting a backup date in case your first choice is unavailable. While we strive to keep our availability updated, multiple inquiries for the same date can happen simultaneously. We also encourage you to visit us for an in-person tour, though it’s not required to book a date. If you’d like to schedule a tour or explore a virtual tour, email us at info@theravinegb.com or call (920) 468-4147. 

A deposit of $2,000 is required at contract signing, depending on your package. Additional payments include 50% of the remaining balance due six months before the event and the final payment due 14 days before your wedding. While we don’t offer a formal payment plan, you may make incremental payments at your convenience.

The Ravine will provide 10 pizzas at 9 PM if payment is received 6 months in advance to your event.

We accept credit cards and checks. Please note that credit card payments include a supplemental fee.

Since we are not at the venue full-time, we kindly ask that you schedule a tour rather than stopping by. This allows us to provide you with a dedicated, distraction-free visit with a team member. Click here to schedule a tour. If you’re out of town, we also offer virtual tours.

Yes! We offer china dishes, ivory tablecloths, and linen napkins in the color of your choice.

Yes, we provide both rectangular and round table options to accommodate your preferred layout.

Yes! There are nearby accommodations, including hotels and other lodging options.  We have our favorites listed here.

We are happy to coordinate with your vendors, but early drop-offs are not always guaranteed. Let us know in advance.

Fireworks are not allowed on the property per the fire department regulations.

Bar service is available for up to 7 hours, so consider this when planning your timeline.

Friday & Saturday: Music and bar service must end by 12:00 AM to allow time for cleanup and departure by 1:00 AM. Last call will be at 11:45 PM, unless you choose to start and end service earlier—then last call will be 15 minutes before music ends.

Sunday & Weekdays: Bar and music must end by 9:30 PM, unless it’s a holiday.

My son had his wedding reception at the Ravine a few weeks ago and it was perfect!! My younger son, who is normally a picky eater, commented on how good the food was. The owner ensured that everything went off without a hitch. One family arrived after the dinner had wrapped up and the owner made sure they had a table and brought the food back out for them. Everything from the DJ, to the photo booth, to the bar tenders, to the food, was perfect. Communication remained open the entire night and he made sure all our needs/wants were met. We recently had our wedding reception at the Ravine and loved the package that the Ravine offered. Because it included the food, drinks, music entertainment, and photo booth, it made the wedding planning process a lot simpler. John did a great job of communicating with us throughout the night, and the DJ had people on the dance floor all night! Our guests all complimented the food and the staff as they were all so helpful. Even though it rained, John and his team made sure we all had a great time and it will be a wedding we will never forget!
